But in real life, building and maintaining lifestyle changes is not the same for everyone, and it is highly dependent on each individual. For this reason, it is essential to prepare and set up feasible lifestyle changes to work with your system and give yourself grace as you find the easiest rhythm that works for you. Let's describe some important ways to help you prepare for this lifestyle program.
